Isagenix Day 28 (My story so far)
4 weeks ago (29/10/17) I started using the Isagenix 30 Day Energy and Performance System, sceptically. I started as I believed it would help with my energy levels and post workout recovery, and hopefully help tighten up my stubborn area (lower stomach). Before I started I took measurements and before photos, the afters are to come at the end of my story.

Day 1, sceptical: Wow, what a shock I got, I switched all my supplements for Isagenix. My usual preworkout concoction of preworkout, beta alanine and creatine was swapped for an Eshot. My inta BCAA's and citruline was swiched for AMPEDhydrate and finally my generic post workout shake was out and IsaPro was in. I wasn't expecting much from my workout without my preworkout. boy was I surprised, my energy rocketed and I madde a new PB. once I had finished the workout I was still buzzing so I added some more exercises, energy still sky high I decided to do some cardio (I DONT DO CARDIO). The best part, no post workout comedown.
Day 4,the day that everything changed: I woke up feeling amazing I was loving Isagenix, it made me feel great, previously I felt tired, bored, fed up and constantly stressed to say the least. already I had noticed I was no longer fatigued infact not once did I have a mid day slump even whilst working 12hour shifts. My mood had improved massively. By far the biggest change was my stress levels, previously I could never relax, only 4 days in and not a care in the world. Nothing was stopping me I knew from that moment onwards I didn't ever want to stop using Isagenix. I made the decision to commit to 16 weeks and joined the 16 weeks Isabody Challenge.
On day 8 someone contacted me and asked about my experience with Isagenix so far. Here is what I replied with. I wrote it as I thought therefore some of it doesn't read well, sorry.
I was very sceptical but I am friends with Emma on Facebook and was congratulating her regularly with her amazing transformation but Emma changed her lifestyle, of course she would see improvements, Isagenix or not. Emma has continued to see progress months on, that is when I thought, hmm, maybe. I messaged her and done some research, I was impressed with the extensive research behind the products and the quality of the products as I know a lot about performance and i am very aware that most supplements are full of low quality stuff. I didn't think that I would see much of a change in my workouts or physique. What sold it for me was the quality of the products, I thought this has got to make a difference in my digestion and mood. So I gave it a go on the basis of my overall health. I was amazed by how much my strength rocketed on day 1. By day 4 i just felt at ease, more energised and no post workout drops in energy, no drops all day infact. I am and always have been a bit of a stress head especially with juggling 2 jobs and training 6 days a week. previously i was definitely in burn out, i felt tired constantly and fed up with little motivation. Now I can honestly say I have never felt so clear headed, happy and energetic or so focused. I feel good. It was always about feeling good, but my god has my performance shot through the roof and my figure has improved already. I'm in shock it's only day 8. Day 4 was the day i decided I like this stuff, let's do the 16 weeks challenge. There is no looking back now, I can't recommend it highly enough to anyone, no matter what their goals. There's no better feeling than feeling this good. the rest is just a bonus. Now, the price, this is what made me sit on the fence for so long but happiness is priceless and i have stopped wasting money on poor quality sups and i get a meal a day out of it too. I haven't used any other supps since starting. Another plus I can eat a proper meal and not feel guilty. Been years since I've seen 600 calories on a plate. I've been eating 6 small meals a day around 300 cal each out of tupperware for a good few years now. Now I enjoy food like normal people.
Day 28 and still feeling amazing, I am busier than ever and I have never been so relaxed. I rarely struggle with low energy and no longer have that mid day slump. My workouts have continued to improve, progressing every single session, breaking my PBs frequently.
What I love the most is that I have regained my love for food and enjoyed every single meal, eating 'normal'. Anyone who knows we will know I use to eat 6 small meals a day, around 300cals each, clean, boring food, the generic chicken rice and broccoli. Now I enjoy a 600cal meal everyday from a plate, yes a plate, not Tupperware. 600 cals is a lot and means there is room for flavour and the ability to eat out for lunch or dinner without feeling guilty or the need for extra cardio. I even went out with friends spontaneously for a meal at Nando's without going a single calorie over (came in at less that 500calories).
